You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
To access certain features (e.g., placing orders, reseller portal), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
All orders placed through our Platform are subject to acceptance by PrimeShieldHub. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Product prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. Wholesale prices are available only to verified resellers. Payment processing fees may apply (e.g., 1.5% for Paystack card payments).
We accept Paystack (cards, bank transfers, USSD), cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB), direct bank transfers, and WhatsApp payments. All payments must be cleared before order processing. For cryptocurrency payments, confirmation of the transaction on the blockchain is required.
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is a confirmation that we have received it. We will notify you when the order is accepted and shipped.
We deliver nationwide in Nigeria and select international locations. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.
Standard delivery (2-5 business days), Express delivery (1-2 business days), and same-day delivery (Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt) are available. Delivery fees vary by location and are displayed at checkout.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package via our quantum tracking system. Any delivery delays caused by courier services are not our responsibility.
We stand behind the quality of our products. All items sold are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty or our own 14-day satisfaction guarantee (subject to conditions).
You may return unused, undamaged items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping costs. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories. To initiate a return, contact our support team.
Manufacturer warranties vary by product. For covered defects, we will facilitate repair or replacement. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
PrimeShieldHub offers a wholesale program for registered businesses. Resellers must apply and be approved. Wholesale pricing is confidential and may not be shared with non‑resellers.
Resellers agree to maintain the integrity of our brand, not to engage in counterfeit or grey‑market activities, and to comply with all applicable laws. Minimum order quantities may apply.
We may terminate reseller accounts for violation of these Terms, including unauthorized distribution, fraud, or non‑payment.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate.
We implement industry‑standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, firewalls, and regular audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
We comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Benin City, Edo State.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimeShieldHub and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or products purchased.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrimeShieldHub from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use after such posting constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
